Brett Project #1 is the exploration of how a unique, single strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis from Brussels, Belgium, ferments and conditions a Saison malt bill. This ale was 100% fermented in wine barrels with Brettanomyces before being naturally conditioned in the bottle.
