11AM AUG. 2ND - Cupping & Blending Event with Sump Coffee & Side Project!

A cupping and blending session to create your own coffee stout with the guidance of Sump Coffee’s Scott Carey and Side Project’s Cory King! This ticket is for the FIRST SESSION at 11am at Side Project Brewing at 7458 Manchester Ave.

We will begin with Scott Carey taking us through a small cupping with Sump Coffee. Then, we will walk through the blending process with Cory using a Side Project Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout to blend with the delicious coffee! We will be blending with Side Project Omega : Barrels 127 & 128.

Side Project Omega : Barrels 127 & 128 is a blend of two barrels - one of our Imperial Stout recipes that was used to create Shared Barrel-Aged Coconut Vibes and Side Project Derivation Blend #11. It is brewed with seven different malts, fermented with a blend of yeast strains and aged in Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey Barrels for 18 months. 15% ABV

You will get to enjoy some SP Omega : Barrels 127 & 128 and your own blend that you create during the event.
