A collaboration with our friend Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø of Evil Twin, we brewed a Belgian-style Quad with muscavado sugar that was barrel-fermented with raisins in red wine and whiskey barrels. After a year, it was then racked to port barrels with plums and our local microflora and aged another year before being shared with you.
