Shared Wilhelm Weissbier
Drew brewed up a Bavarian-style weissbier with malted wheat, pilsner, and a dash of Munich malt fermented with the classic expressive yeast strain of the style. The beer was can-conditioned with actively fermenting beer in a process known as kräusening.

You and/or a proxy will have 3 weeks from the time of purchase to pick up this beer. All orders are fulfilled at our Brewery Tasting Room (7458 Manchester Rd.) Friday-Sunday from 1pm-8pm and Monday from 4pm-10pm. Cheers!
