Wine Barrel Fermented Norton Saison
For only the second time, we have our release of Crusher, a beer rooted in a collaboration which starts as a Saison malt bill we wrote together years ago with Troy Casey at Casey Brewing and Blending in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. We then take this beer and barrel ferment it with cultures from both Side Project and Casey and then finish it on local fruit. For this release of Crusher, it was finished on Norton Wine Grapes from Noboleis Vineyards in the Augusta AVA from the 2019 harvest. We let this beer go through an extended aging and then almost 4 months in the bottle before we feel it is ready to share with you.

You and/or a proxy will have 3 weeks from the time of purchase to pick up this beer. All orders are fulfilled at our Brewery Tasting Room (7458 Manchester Rd.) Friday-Sunday from 1pm-8pm and Monday from 3pm-8pm. Cheers!
