Missouri Wild Ale with Nectarines
Like Fuzzy and the previous releases of this Smooth, we use a Missouri Wild Ale as the base which has been rested and blended Solera-method style for almost 10 years now. This beer comes from our oldest foedre we have. At maturity, we racked the beer to a new tank with over 5lbs per gallon of California Nectarines
