We are excited to announce the opening of Side Project Pizza in early February 2025! Our reimagined pizza concept will debut in the previous Pizza Champ space at the Side Project Patio location (2657 Lyle Ave.). Side Project Executive Chef Adam Altnether will be leading menu development for this reimagined pizza concept.

With our three Maplewood locations—Side Project Brewery, The Cellar, and The Patio—this transition represents a culinary expansion for us and our goal of operating integrated beer and food concepts in the future. The Patio location will be closed for the month of January as we prepare to launch Side Project Pizza!
Update: We are excited to announce we will be officially opening Side Project Pizza to the public on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 4pm! Dine-in or order online for Drive Thru pickup. Join us during our winter hours below!
