The Side Project Cellar's 11th Anniversary is November 4th – 9th!

Join us in celebration as our original Side Project location turns 11 years old! It is hard to top our 10 Year Anniversary last November, but we have some fun releases in store you do not want to miss! The Side Project Cellar opened its doors on November 11th, 2014, and we could not be prouder of how loved this space has become by our customers and staff over the years.

Help us celebrate 11 Years of The Side Project Cellar with 6 days full of fun and beers, with a big party on Saturday, November 8th.

We are excited to announce the debut of 5 new Double Vanilla Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts brewed special for Anniversary Week! We began with the same base beer for each of these releases before adding a double addition of a vanilla variety to celebrate their unique flavor profiles!

For the base beer, we aged our Vibes Recipe in Willett 4-year bourbon barrels for 20 months before adding a "double" amount of vanilla, an initial amount in the barrel for a small aging, and then the remaining in the bottling tank for a fresh expression to give us the deepest vanilla experience possible. Vanilla varieties include, Congo, Hawaii, India, Indonesian and a Grand Cru blend for this year’s releases!

About 12 Candles

This year’s Anniversary Blend was aged for 23 months in Willett 4-Year Bourbon barrels, then infused with 12 unique vanilla varieties: Congo, Madagascar, India, West Indonesia, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Tanzania Kilimanjaro, Costa Rica, Vanuatu, Ecuador, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea.

12 Candles is an 11th Anniversary Blend of the first "still" beer we ever served. The Anniversary Candles beers have always been served still and uncarbonated to represent how our beers taste when sampled straight from the barrel. We will once again bottle a portion of our Candles beer to be released to-go.

Please note that all beer will be served in plastic cups so guests can enjoy the celebration both indoors and outdoors. The Side Project Cellar will have special hours on Saturday, November 8th from 12pm to 5pm for the Outdoor Street Party. The Side Project Brewing Tasting Room will be open regular hours from 1pm to 8pm, and Side Project Pizza will be open regular hours from 12pm to 9pm.
