Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Cocoa Nibs, Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon Sticks & Ancho Chilis
For this release of BA Ambiente, we chose exclusively Willett 4 yr Bourbon Barrels of the OWK recipe. This recipe is a touch more viscous and robust than the Vibes recipe, thus creating a fantastic base to be aged in barrels - where the bourbon from the barrel can thin, ever-so-slightly, the beer. We chose barrels with an assertive barrel "pop" to let the spirit and the adjunct shine in harmony. We chose Ugandan Vanilla Beans, Fresh Ground Cinnamon, Cocoa Nibs from Ghana and a blend of Mulato and Ancho Chiles to round it all out after the OWK recipe had aged for 17 months in the barrels.

Imperial Stout with Cocoa Nibs, Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon Sticks & Ancho Chilis
For this release of Ambiente, we blended Mexican Vanilla Beans, Cocoa Nibs from Ghana, Fresh Ground Cinnamon and Mulato Chiles into our Vibes recipe of a Missouri Imperial Stout. We bottled this in late 2025 and have allowed it some time to meld and mellow before sharing with you.
ABV: 10.5% | 750ml
