Bière de Champagne
Blanc de Blancs is our Bière de Champagne that was fermented in and aged in white wine barrels with our local, Missouri microflora. After fermentation, it was aged on Missouri Chardonel grapes for more than a year creating a beer that was inspired by our love of wine.
