Barrel-aged Stout, Barleywine & Rye Wine
For Henok is a Barrel Aged Blend of Triple Barrel Imperial Stout, Imperial Stout, English Barleywine and Rye Wine finished on his favorite adjuncts - Toasted Pecans, Toasted Coconut, Raw Coconut Flakes, Indian and Congan Vanilla Beans. The Imperial Stouts were the Vibes and OWK recipes aged in Willett Bourbon Barrels for 20 to 29 months. The English Barleywine is the MJK recipe which was aged in Willett Bourbon Barrels for 29 months and the Rye Wine is the flim flam recipe aged in Willett Bourbon Barrels for 18 months before blending and finishing and sharing with you.
